A sleek, extravagant modern home in Buckhead’s residential pipeline hopes to capture buyers who’d fancy Miami vibes within a Chanel bottle’s toss of Phipps Plaza.

The 3746 Wieuca Road project, situated around the corner from the upscale mall and other Buckhead landmarks, is being put together by Cablik Enterprises, which has been building complex modern houses around Atlanta for two decades.

Those plans—as drawn up by architect Haitham Haddad of Oku Design—call for a striking exterior that emphasizes outdoor spaces, multiple water features, and five bedrooms in a sprawling 11,200 square feet.

Alan Cablik, the firm’s president, says construction is expected to start by year’s end, but with an asking price of $3.85 million, they won’t be going spec.

“We intend to start once we have a buyer under contract, due to the custom nature of homes at this level,” Cablik wrote in an email.

Per property records, the 1/2-acre site last traded in 2015 for $485,000. The previous occupant, a 1950s ranch, has been demolished and cleared.

The project is being marketed as a “one-of-a-kind modern” with an “incomparable level of craftsmanship and design” for Atlanta, where form and function meet Buckhead skyline views from multiple levels around back, per the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty listing, which posted last week.

With a five-car garage and two more spaces for guest parking, the plans are called a car enthusiast’s dream.

Moving inside, an interior courtyard includes a garden and links with an elevated, infinity-edge pool and tiered backyard that mimics sloping plans for the site.

Interiors, to be designed by Tara Dennis of the Archie Bolden firm, will feature five and ½ bathrooms, dual master bedrooms on the main level, and two offices for the WFH set. Elsewhere, expect floors of white-oak timber and oversized pavers, soft lighting, and what's described as “beautiful stone countertops.”

The listing joins several dozen homes and condos asking $3.5 million or more around Buckhead’s various enclaves, topping out with a penthouse over the Waldorf Astoria that’s still holding firm at $13.95 million, making it Atlanta’s priciest home.
